One of the funny things about real estate is that people often judge how busy a REALTOR® is by the number of listings or signs they see.
What they don’t always see are the buyers we’re working with behind the scenes, or the properties that never make it to MLS or social media.
Every buyer and seller has their own story, and sometimes those stories aren’t meant to be shared online.
Today’s post is about some buyers of mine who faced a few challenges along the way. We found what we thought was the perfect home, but unfortunately, that deal didn’t work out.
I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and this was one of those times!
I was able to find them another home that wasn’t listed on MLS, and as it turned out, it was an even better fit and checked off more of their boxes!
One thing about me as a REALTOR® is that I’ll look near and far, on and off the market, to find the right property for my clients. Things don’t always come together as quickly or as smoothly as we’d like, but sometimes they work out exactly as they’re supposed to.
