As we head into the final two months of 2026, I’ve been reflecting on just how grateful I am for everything this year has brought.

Real estate has been a challenging industry this year, which makes reaching 16 homes sold since January 2026 something I truly do not take for granted.

I’m also incredibly proud to have now reached over $9.82 million in sales volume since joining eXp Realty. 🏡

But behind those numbers are real people.

Every transaction represents a person, couple or family who trusted me to help them through one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives. That trust means more to me than any sales number ever could.

There have been early mornings, late nights, negotiations, inspections, countless phone calls, paperwork, problem-solving, marketing, showings, offers and definitely a LOT of coffee. ☕️

But there have also been SOLD signs, keys handed over, happy phone calls, new beginnings and relationships with clients that I truly value.

✨ ACCEPTED OFFER! ✨

This one feels extra special. 🏡🤍

It all started with one phone call from a family in Manitoba who didn’t know me at all. They had come across my Google reviews, liked what they saw, and decided to put their trust in me to represent them in purchasing their new home in the Okanagan.

From that first phone call came multiple virtual showings — with their local family meeting me at the properties while I walked my buyers through each home over video from Manitoba.

Somewhere along the way, we went from complete strangers to building a relationship based on complete trust, countless conversations, and even getting to joke around with their adorable little ones through the screen. 🥰

Buying a home from another province — especially one you haven't been able to walk through yourself — is a huge decision. Having a family put that level of trust in me is something I don't take lightly.

After multiple showings, searching for the right fit, and three days of back-and-forth negotiations, I am SO happy to say that we officially have an ACCEPTED OFFER on a beautiful family home in West Kelowna! 🎉🔑

Three days of negotiations, countless phone calls and messages, and some very early mornings later… I may now require gallons of coffee. ☕😂 But seeing how excited this family is makes every minute completely worth it.

They can now start looking forward to coming back to the Okanagan and making it home for their family. ❤️

We still have some hurdles to get through before I can hand over those keys, and this one will require some extra work behind the scenes. But that's exactly what I'm here for. I'll be putting everything I have into helping make this move and this dream a reality for this very special family.

🏡 B.C. voted for change — but what could that mean for YOU as a buyer or seller in the Okanagan?

With the BC Conservatives set to form the next provincial government, there are some significant housing policies to watch.

Their campaign included proposals aimed at reducing the cost of building new homes, speeding up development approvals, simplifying regulations and giving municipalities more control over density.

So what could that mean locally? 👇

🔑 BUYERS: If these policies lead to more construction and housing supply, we could eventually see more choice in the market. But supply is only one factor — interest rates, affordability, population growth and buyer demand will continue to influence prices.

🏡 SELLERS: More housing supply could mean increased competition over time, making strategic pricing, presentation and marketing even more important. At the same time, continued population growth and demand throughout the Okanagan could help support our local market.

🏗️ INVESTORS & DEVELOPERS: Changes to approval timelines, development costs and density regulations could create new opportunities — particularly in growing communities throughout the Central Okanagan.

There are still a lot of details to come, and campaign promises aren't policy until they're actually implemented. I'll be watching closely to see what changes move forward and, more importantly, what they mean for our local real estate market.
