Okay, the fall decor is officially out 🍂🎃

This is hands down my favourite time of year. Everything just feels a little warmer and cozier.

Friday fuel ☕️🏡

An early morning for Old Betsy and I. She’s fired up, Paragon is open, and today’s life-giving elixir is an Americano.

Now I need to know — what’s your coffee order? Morning coffee, afternoon coffee, questionable 10 PM coffee… no judgement here. Whatever keeps the wheels turning.

Fun fact: my parents owned a coffee shop, so apparently nobody thought twice about letting 11-year-old me develop a caffeine habit. And here we are. Peep the first coffee cup in behind..

Did you know I work from pretty much anywhere?

Mountains. Campsites. Riverbanks. Hockey rinks. Hospital beds. If there’s Wi-Fi, cell service, or even a prayer of a hotspot…I’m working.

I’ve literally sold a home while hiking a mountain, so at this point I’ve got a pretty solid collection of “well, this is a new office” stories.

And shoutout to my laptop, she’s the real little engine that could.

Dropped? Yep.
Scratched? Definitely.
Dented? Also yes.
Submerged? We don’t need to unpack that one.

And yet she still opens MLS every day like nothing happened.

At this point, I could write one heck of a product review.

Real estate can be a bit of an adventure too — buying, selling, all of it. And if you’re looking for someone who can keep things moving no matter where the day takes them, I’m your girl.

A tad smoky for today’s showings.

The mountain views may be hiding, but thankfully the house still showed off.

All jokes aside, if the smoke is this bad here in Hope today, I can’t imagine what those experiencing these fires firsthand are going through. Thinking of the communities affected and everyone out there fighting them. ❤️
