We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend filled with good food, laughter, and time spent with family and friends. 🦃🍁

Here at Sunset Retreat, we enjoyed a weekend of potluck dinner, cards, Halloween fun, and making memories together!

As the fall colours surround Rice Lake and the evenings get a little cooler, we’re reminded how special it is to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the little things.

October on Rice Lake. 🌅🍂

One of our guests captured this beautiful picture last week, and we had to share it.

There’s something pretty special about watching the lake wake up on a crisp fall morning, quiet water, changing colours and the beautiful scenery.

October is here, but there’s still time to enjoy Rice Lake and the outdoors before we close for the season. ❤️

☀️ The Labour Day long weekend is here… and somehow summer has flown by! 💛

We’re so happy to welcome back a wonderful family who returns to Sunset Retreat every year for their annual family reunion. There’s something pretty special about watching families come back year after year and continue making memories here. ❤️

This weekend is all about enjoying those summer days before the kids head back to school. Swimming, kayaking, fishing, campfires, slow mornings and beautiful sunsets. 🛶🔥🌅

Fall getaways are just around the corner! Crisp mornings, cozy campfires, peaceful days at the lake and some of the most beautiful sunsets of the year are waiting for you.

We’re open right through October. There’s still plenty of time to make a little more time for the lake. ❤️
