Fall is here, but the market continues to take a cautious approach! 🍂

🏡 September Highlights:
• Home sales were down 4.7% from August.
• New listings increased 29.8% month-over-month.
• The MLS® HPI benchmark price was $718,600, down 1.3% from August and 5.1% year-over-year.
• Inventory increased 3.8%, with 4.6 months of supply.

📈 While sales remain slower, increased new listings are giving buyers more options, and home prices continue to show signs of relative stability.
