September was filled with literal blood, sweat, and tears but it was one for the books!

On a personal side, one month ago my wife and I moved back to our hometown into our first home and we started immediately making it our own, with a a couple bumps in the road and a broken toe later we were able to get the interior painted, flooring down in the living room, hallway, and 2 bedrooms.

One the business side of things, on top of everything September threw at me I was able to get 4 accepted offers and 1 firm!

I look forward to October!

August was a busy one.

Two new listings hit the market, one of those listings went firm with an accepted offer within days on market, and I had the opportunity to help two clients get accepted offers as they prepare to make the move to our beautiful province.

I also had the pleasure of helping a lovely family find their first home after a 14-year search. Getting to be a part of that moment was definitely one of the highlights of the month.

On the personal side, we officially moved out of our apartment in Halifax and are getting ready for the next chapter of our lives.
