Spreadsheets took a backseat this week. 🎳

Our HQ crew hit the road to Edmonton this week for collaboration and team building with some of the local Edmonton team. We traded pie charts for bowling lanes, market reports for high-fives, and formal meetings for a lot of laughs. Sometimes the best ideas show up when you’re not staring at a screen.

We have some exciting things happening in Edmonton in 2027. Stay tuned.

This weekend, we’re feeling extra grateful — for our incredible clients, our dedicated team across the province, and another record-setting year of growth at Grassroots Realty Group. Our offices will be closed Monday so our agents and staff can enjoy time with family and friends, but many of our Agents are on call to serve you.

This week we had the pleasure of announcing to, and celebrating with the Grassroots Realty Group - South office, that we’d been named one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies.

Grassroots South has been integral to the growth in our business in the last three years. Over a billion in sales. Hundreds of thousands raised for Alberta charities. But what we’re most proud of, is the quality of people.

A southern Alberta team that still treats every listing, every client, every town like it counts, because they do.

Growth looks tidy on a list. Up close it looks like agents who know the street, the school, the neighbour, and why a family is actually moving. Ot looks like hundreds of like minded individuals getting after it, every day. It looks like a south team that has carried a huge share of the growth, while the map of Alberta offices kept getting bigger.

Lunch and learns are usually about what’s next. This one was also about what already got done, and who did it.
