"Darrin helped our family sell our mother’s home in Sechelt. He was patient and kind in assisting our elderly mother with reviewing all the required forms. He answered all of our questions and took the time to walk us through the details of the contract, even though we were out of province.
The home sold within one week, with no showings other than the realtor-only open house. In fact, the first offer was presented before the open house took place.
