Love that my work community celebrates all of us so well 🩵🥂 Cheers!

💍KIC in the Wild: Wedding Edition!

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something... KIC?

Brittany made sure her KIC backpack got an invite to her wedding at Emerald Lake Lodge in beautiful BC!

We love seeing where our KIC gear ends up, but this might be one of our favourite appearances yet!

Congratulations, Brittany! 🥂❤️

Canada has always built legends.

Think about the people we look up to. People like:
Terry Fox
Leonard Cohen
Gord Downie
Sidney Crosby
Margaret Atwood

Different paths. Different lives.
But the same thing connects them.
They showed up.
They stayed consistent.
They did the work when it wasn’t easy.
That’s what built them.

And that same mindset is showing up in real estate.
At KIC Realty, we believe the industry doesn’t need more noise.
It needs better agents.
Agents who:
-care about their clients
-take pride in their work
-want to grow and not stay stuck
-grow their Knowledge
-serve with Integrity
and
-build Community
That’s what we’re building.

Not just another brokerage.
A place where people actually get better.
Built in Canada.
Built for agents who want more.
If you’ve been thinking about your next step…
this is a conversation worth having.

A video vault isn’t mentorship.

Recruitment-driven brokerages call training a “video vault.”

But when the market shifts, your vault doesn’t talk back and help you solve real-time market-market specific problems.

“But self-learning works for some people.”

Yes, but most agents need guidance, not Google.

At , coaching isn’t content. It’s conversation. With real people. In real time.
