Please join us in celebrating Evan LeBlanc, this week's Team Legacy Cultural Icon! 🏆💛

This award has never been about who closed the most. It is about who lives our core values when nobody is keeping score. This week, that was Evan.

Evan has been to every single 90 Day Playbook session except one. Commitment to mastery. Integrity. Collaboration. He has shown up for all three, week after week.

It took a little longer for the wins to arrive as a new team member, and anyone in real estate knows how heavy that can feel. But as the saying goes, it is not how hard you can hit, it is how hard you can get hit and still get back up. Evan has done exactly that, time and time again.

When a setback landed, the first call he got from our team was about his mindset, not the deal. His answer every time? "I'm good. I made 20 calls today and booked three more appointments." 📞

Congratulations to Jessys buyers on the purchase of their forever home in beautiful Alberta! 🎉

The journey to getting here may not have always been easy, and there may have been a few challenges, twists, and turns along the way, but they made it! Through patience, perseverance, and determination, they have reached this exciting milestone and can now celebrate the beginning of a wonderful new chapter.
Sometimes, the road to homeownership takes a little extra teamwork, a few hurdles to overcome, and the right people in your corner. With Jessy and the team working behind the scenes to help bring everything together, they made it happen! What matters most is that all the pieces came together, the finish line was reached, and now it’s time to celebrate this incredible accomplishment. 🔑

Alberta is now home, and may this next chapter bring them everything they’ve been dreaming of and more. CMHC projects Calgary-area rental vacancy climbing to close to 6% this year and 6.2% in 2027, as a wave of new purpose-built rentals finishes construction. And in September, the apartment-style benchmark price sat at $291,400, down 8.3% from a year ago.
