136 new homes are taking shape at 4710 121 Street NW in Malmo Plains, adding another Abbey Lane community to a neighbourhood we continue to invest in.

With Southgate, LRT access, parks, established residential streets, and the University of Alberta all nearby, there’s a reason we see a lot of potential here.

Two Abbey Lane communities are now taking shape in Malmo Plains.

The Panamera is preparing to welcome its first residents, while just down the road, construction has begun on The Carrera at 4710-121 Street NW.

The Carrera will bring another 136 homes to the neighbourhood, continuing our investment in an area we think has a lot going for it: established streets, great transit access, Southgate nearby, the University of Alberta within easy reach, and plenty of parks and green space.

We’re still early in the process, but there’s a lot more coming.

We’ve never been interested in building something just because there’s room for it.

The neighbourhood matters. The way people will actually use the space matters. The small decisions inside a suite matter too, because those are the things residents notice every day after the construction crews are gone.
