More homes hit the market in September, while sales slowed.

The Greater Edmonton Area recorded 1,959 residential sales, down 8.8% from August, and 3,864 new listings, up 7.2%.

The average selling price was $466,080, down 0.8% from August but up 2.9% from last September.
