Don Tomko Realtor After buying my first property in 1999 and becoming licensed in 2003 I have been actively engaged in Real Estate ever since. Buying or selling I can help.

After buying my first property in 1999, and discovering Real Estate as a profession while attending the U of A, I became licensed in 2003. Since then, and over 64 million dollars in MLS sales later, I am still excited about helping buyers and sellers unite with their next stages in life. It has always been a personal goal to make the buying or selling experience as profitable and as stress free as possible for the people that choose to work with me. After 14 years (and counting) of representing buyers and sellers, many clients have become friends and an ongoing relationship continues. Interesting on the demand or perception vs demand for Rentals and also the atrition of replies vs actual contact that leads to real people viewing a property for rent in the Allendale area.
Over 3000 views in 7 day... 100s..100s of message that lead to 12 booked showings so far that rendered only 3 groups actually showing up. Balance was no shows (8). One of whom actually canceled.
And... so many messages face book shut down my add and market place account down for up to 48 hours, pending "verification" of my account not being a bot..
I miss the days of putting an add in the Edmonton Journal and a sign and people that were truly looking for a place would take the time to call, then meet.
There are other avenues for rental listings. They too need energy and spin time.
6707 106st is available for rent and would include insentives for a qualified real human tenant.
Remeber if your renting or looking to rent, both sides have investment and struggle.

For those following, JUST SOLD, non Historic Westmount 1920's home on the 124st (Market Street). Did sell after some time in. It will not go to a multiplex, but the City verbally said you can put 6 suites on this small lot with only parking for one, and no off street parking. Its a wonderful piece of time past and I had the chance to fine tune some details on 100+ year old home quirks and construction. See you on the next one.
