Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍂

Last week we hosted our 10th annual pumpkin giveaway, and wow, what a turnout. Between the pumpkins, ice cream, face painting and snacks, it was a pretty great afternoon. Ten years in and it’s still one of our favourite days of the year.

Thank you to everyone who came out, said hi, and made it so much fun. We’re so grateful for our current and past clients, friends, family, and everyone who contributed to make it such an amazing day!

She gave me life. I repaid her by talking about real estate on Instagram every day.

There are a lot of beautiful homes in Belgravia but there aren’t a lot with a location like this.

Facing the ravine and surrounded by newer homes, this one gives you something that’s increasingly hard to find, a great house without compromising on the setting.

5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen and living space, an incredible primary suite and a fully finished basement make it completely move in ready.

But for me, the location is still what makes this one special.

There are a lot of great neighborhoods in Edmonton but if I had $1M to spend today, these are three I’d be looking at.

Not because they’re the obvious choices but because I think each offers real value for a different reason.

What neighborhood do we need to include in the next one?

The location might be my favorite part of this home. 🫶

This move-in ready Belgravia home, faces the ravine, with newer homes all around it and none of the uncertainty about what could eventually be built around you.

You get the views, the neighborhood, and a location that should only get better as Belgravia continues to develop.

And then there’s the house! 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, open living space, attached garage, incredible primary suite and a fully finished basement.

Most people in Edmonton don’t know this neighborhood exists but Argyll might be one of the city’s most underrated little pockets.

Tucked alongside Mill Creek Ravine, you get the mature trees, trails and green space that make this part of Edmonton feel surprisingly removed from the city.

And there’s a lot of house here too.

This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and approximately 1,928 sqft of total interior living space across the main floor and basement, including a second kitchen downstairs.

If you’ve been looking for more space without giving up access to the ravine and the city, this one is worth a look.

Your first home doesn’t need to check every box.

It needs to be a home you can comfortably afford, in an area you’re comfortable with, that gives you a chance to start building equity instead of waiting for the perfect house to become affordable.

For most people, the dream home isn’t the first purchase. It’s the result of what they did with the first purchase.

There are plenty of homes in Edmonton but the special ones don’t just give you more space, they make that space feel like home.

That’s what stands out about this Kenilworth bungalow.

Vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a stone fireplace give the main living space warmth and character, while the flexible layout gives you four bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fully finished basement with room for an office, guest space, or whatever fits the way you live.

Outside, there’s a spacious fenced yard, mature landscaping, and a detached double garage, with schools, parks, shopping, and public transportation all nearby.

It’s the kind of home where the character catches your attention, but the way the space actually lives is what makes you want to stay.

Visit us Sunday from 1:00–3:00 PM or send us a DM for more information.
