Brandon Upright - Real Estate

I have one goal: Help Millennials with anything Real Estate. Whether that’s Buying, Selling, or Investing. I'm a Millennial helping other Millennials. We are a different generation with different needs. We buy our products differently. We shop for our clothes differently. And yes, we buy our homes differently. Thanks to modern-day technology at our fingertips, and the ability to connect and communicate with anyone, anywhere, at any time, the way we do just about everything is “different”. When I became a licensed REALTOR®, I immediately noticed that something was missing in the marketplace. There weren’t any agents tailoring their services to Millennials. This came as a shock to me, considering we make up over 27% of the Edmonton population, and are the number one age group buying real estate in Edmonton! Nobody was catering to our needs and helping young people like us step into Real Estate. I set out to change that. My entire business is built on a new way of doing things. Tailored to someone like you. No more old-school “walk-throughs” and worthless newspaper ads. EVERYTHING is done online now a days. People shop for their clothes online, they buy their shoes online, they even buy their cars online. And now, more than ever, people are buying their homes online too. Don’t believe me? Here are a couple stats to prove it:
-90% of home buyers searched online during their home buying process
-Real estate related searches on Google have grown 253% over the past 4 years

The world of Real Estate is changing! My approach is different than other agents, with a major emphasis on online, digital marketing. From social media to Google Ads, and everything in between. Virtual Reality Home Tours, Digital Property Evaluations, Influencer Marketing. It’s Real Estate for the modern age. Real Estate for Millennials.
