Edmonton sales cooled last week but the homes that sold went for more.

Sales: 203 (down from 251, about 19%).
Average sold price: $437,070 (up ~6%).
Median: $410,000 (up from $390,000).
Average days on market: 49 (up from 44).
Active listings right now: about 5,700.

What does this mean for you?
Fewer deals closed, but prices held up. Inventory is still heavy, so buyers have room to shop with care and sellers need a sharp price and a clean presentation.

SOLD in Chappelle! 🏡🏡🏡

This is a story of trust and resilience. The market changed on us, leading to over 120 days on the market even after several open houses, door knocking, social media marketing, and many more activities.
