🏠 GET TO KNOW ME

I grew up right here in the area, and real estate has been part of my life for longer than I’ve been a REALTOR®.

My grandfather was a well-known home builder back in his day. I became a Red Seal Electrician, and along the way gained hands-on experience with renovations, rehabs, rentals and real estate investing.

Today, I’m a husband and new dad, so I understand that a home is about more than four walls it’s where you build your life.

What does that mean for my clients?

I bring a tradesperson’s eye, an investor’s mindset and a homeowner’s perspective.

I look beyond the finishes to help you understand the potential, the costs and the bigger picture.

And my commitment doesn’t stop when you get the keys.

I want to be your resource before, during and long after the sale.

Because finding the house is only the beginning.

🏡 Some things come full circle…

I recently came across this old “For Sale” sign from my grandfather’s construction days.

I was too young to remember seeing these signs in action, but it’s pretty special knowing that years ago he was building and selling homes in our community.

Today, I get to be part of the same industry, helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

If you or someone you know worked with my grandfather, Nap Cormier Construction, I’d love to hear your stories and memories. Feel free to reach out I’d really enjoy hearing about the homes he helped build and the people he worked with.
