Your big brother “Kuya” in real estate, guiding buyers & sellers with honesty, care, and heart. Let’s make it happen together.

I make every step simple and stress free so you can focus on what truly matters—finding your place to call home. Your dream of owning a home means everything to me—Let’s make it happen, together. As an immigrant myself, I understand the value of hard-earned money and the deep desire to build something lasting for your family. Buying a home isn't just a transaction—it's a major milestone and a symbol of everything you’ve worked so hard to achieve. With over 20 years in sales and more than a decade in real estate, I’ve learned that people don’t just need information—they need someone who truly listens and cares. That’s why I always start with a relaxed 15-minute orientation to walk you through the home buying process in a way that’s simple and easy to understand. I see every client as family and I always keep your best interest at heart. My goal is to take the stress and confusion out of the experience, so you can focus on what really matters: making smart choices and feeling confident every step of the way. Outside of real estate, life is all about connection. I love spending meaningful time with my family—whether we’re hiking, going on road trips, or traveling abroad. My faith is a big part of who I am, and I’m grateful to stay active in my church through events like marriage encounters, youth seminars, and community teachings. I also find purpose in giving back—volunteering with the underprivileged in East Vancouver and spending time with seniors in care homes. These moments of giving back and staying connected remind me why I do what I do—because helping others, in any form, is what truly fulfills me. If you’re ready to take the first step toward your dream home, give me a call for a short chat. No pressure—just a real conversation about what’s possible. Let’s take that first step toward your dream home—together.

BC’s real estate market remained balanced but relatively soft in August 2026. Buyer activity was improving gradually, but sales remained below historical averages while elevated inventory gave buyers more choice and negotiating power. The Lower Mainland, particularly Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, continued to lag behind several other regions. BCREA expects the recovery to be slow and gradual, with stronger sales anticipated in 2027.

Home sales registered on the MLS® in Metro Vancouver declined 4.6 p...

Congratulations to my wonderful clients on the purchase of your beautiful ranch-style townhouse in a prime location in Richmond, BC! This is a great example of why timing, strategy, and expert guidance matter. By taking advantage of today's buyers' market, we secured this exceptional home below the original listing price. Even more impressive, the most recent comparable sale in the same complex sold for $160,000 more, making this an outstanding purchase and a smart long-term investment.

Behind every successful purchase is more than just good timing. It takes in-depth market analysis, careful comparative research, a well-planned negotiation strategy, and knowing when to act. My goal is always to help my clients make confident, informed decisions while maximizing every opportunity the market offers.

Thank you for placing your trust in me throughout this journey. It has been an honor to help you achieve this exciting milestone and find a home that truly fits your family's needs.

Congratulations once again! Wishing you many years of happiness, wonderful memories, and countless blessings in your new home.

Thinking of buying or selling? Whether you're purchasing your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or investing, I'd be happy to help you navigate the market with confidence and negotiate the best possible outcome.

The June 2026 market remains balanced, giving buyers more choices and the time to make confident decisions. While buyer activity is gradually improving, strong inventory levels continue to keep prices stable. For sellers, proper pricing, thoughtful preparation, and effective marketing remain essential to attracting serious buyers and achieving a successful sale.

Buyers can take time and find the right home. For Sellers, it really still comes down to pricing it right and making sure the home shows well. Overall, the market feels more balanced now, giving both Buyers and Sellers a fair chance when the right opportunity comes up.
