New post out by CREB today: Residential sales decline in latter part of 2022 but still 12% above 10-year average. 1.89 months of supply (that's how long it would take current listings to be completely absorbed at the given sales rate with no new listings coming on the market). That's very low. Average Days on Market is 40 days. That's down by 14.9%.

I love selling real estate and I have a place in my heart for Cougar Ridge where I sold my first home.
