We’re grateful to CCIS (Calgary Catholic Immigration Society) for inviting us to lead a First-Time Home Buyer Information Session and giving us the opportunity to help aspiring homeowners take their first step toward homeownership.
As a Realtor, I, joined Tarun Tandon | Mortgage Broker 🇨🇦 , our mortgage broker, to answer questions and break down what buying your first home actually looks like.
From mortgage requirements and the documents you need to the things you should do (and avoid) before buying, we covered the basics and answered some great questions from attendees.
