What a great evening last night! 🎶

The night started with the annual Red Mass, a Catholic tradition celebrating the legal profession, followed by a wonderful reception with good friends and a special guest, Canadian country music legend Paul Brandt! 🎸🇨🇦

Paul delivered an amazing speech, sharing some of the important work he’s doing through his initiative to combat human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children.

It was a real pleasure meeting him and hearing him speak. He even performed a few beautiful songs. A talented musician and an impressive guy! 👏

And a big thanks to my son Tyler for letting the old man tag along! 😄

Both cars have their winter tires on, the summer tires have a brand new storage rack, and everything is organized and put away for the season. ✅

Talk about perfect timing! Got it all done just in time for our first snowfall of the year! ❄️😂

🏡 SOLD IN MAHOGANY!

This first time buyer had been searching for the right home for quite a while before we started working together.
A couple of months ago, we connected, changed up the search a bit and found this beauty in Mahogany. 👌
It checked the boxes and was a great fit in one of Calgary’s most popular SE communities.
Always a great feeling helping a first time buyer finally get into a home they’re excited about. 🔑🏡

Congratulations on the new home and the start of an exciting new chapter! 🥂

🏡 SOLD TO SOME GREAT FIRST TIME BUYERS!

We looked at a lot of homes around Calgary, but eventually decided to change direction and see what Okotoks had to offer.
Great decision.
We found this absolute beauty. Over 2,700 square feet, a fully finished basement, a corner lot and green space all around it. Once they walked through this one, there really wasn’t any reason to keep looking.

We shared a lot of laughs and good times along the way, which made this search especially fun. Always rewarding helping first time buyers find the right home and seeing everything come together.
A big thank you to the selling Realtor as well. She was fantastic to work with and helped make the entire transaction smooth from start to finish.
Congratulations to my clients on an awesome first home! 🥂🏡

🥊 Apparently Calgary real estate is a boxing match now lol…

CTV Calgary had me on again to talk about the current market, and somehow I ended up comparing buyers and sellers to being in the ring.

But honestly, it fits.

For the last few years, sellers were winning every round. Right now, buyers finally have them on the ropes.

More inventory, more negotiating room and more time to make decisions, even in the detached market.

🏡 SOLD!

This one took a bit of a journey.
We had an offer early on that ended up falling apart, and after spending a few months on the market, we decided it was time to make a change.
The entire unit was freshly painted, all new carpet was installed, and we brought it back to market looking completely different.

The result? A fantastic offer after just 2 days back on the market. 🙌

Sometimes a few strategic improvements can make all the difference. Really happy to get this one across the finish line for my client.
