One of the days we look forward to most, besides handing over the keys, is photo shoot day.

We are incredibly proud of every home we build, and when we can squeeze in a few uninterrupted hours before our clients move in, we take full advantage and capture all of the details we have spent so much time crafting.

This custom bungalow in The Pointe is officially behind the camera, and we cannot wait to share the finished images with you very soon.

The kitchen that dreams are made of.

An oversized range wall, full-height slab backsplash, and layers of warm wood and brass keep this kitchen feeling anything but ordinary. We love the contrast between the painted cabinetry and the wood island, and the sculptural brass pendants are the perfect finishing touch.

This is one kitchen that still knocks our socks off every time we see it.

This review really captures what we want the experience of building with Veranda at Legacy to be. Quality and craftsmanship are incredibly important to us, but so is giving our clients the flexibility to make their home their own. We adore the living room in our Sequoia show home. The vaulted ceiling, built-in daybed, and beautiful fireplace create a space that feels cozy without sacrificing the main floor's open, airy feel.

It’s easy to imagine curling up here during Calgary’s chilly days and nights, and we can certainly see why the Sequoia has become one of our most popular floor plans. This might just be one of our favourite spots in the entire home.

MEET THE EASTON

At 2,937 square feet, the Easton was designed specifically for our ridge lots to take full advantage of those incredible south or west exposures out the back. Finishing off our week of sharing this recently completed ridge home with the heart of it all, the kitchen.

Warm wood cabinetry paired with soft white finishes, quartz countertops, black details and statement light fixtures over the island. We love how the wood brings warmth into the space while the lighter finishes keep everything feeling bright and timeless.

And of course, those oversized windows capture the ridge views and bring so much natural light into the entire main floor.

A beautiful entry sets the tone for the entire home.

We kept the details in this one clean and timeless. A black front door framed in glass, warm wood flooring, simple black iron paired with wood on the staircase, and those beautiful arches drawing your eye through the home and toward the ridge views beyond.

Proof that you don’t need to overcomplicate a space. A few really good details can do all the work.

Sometimes the best design decision is knowing when to keep things simple.

In this great room, the ridge views are the feature. Oversized windows, standard in all our homes, capture the view and fill the space with natural light. We kept the fireplace clean and understated with a simple millwork surround and solid slab cladding so nothing competes with what is happening outside.

Warm floors, soft neutral walls and a pretty incredible view. This room doesn’t need much else to become the perfect palette for our clients' dream home.

We’re working through the millwork details for our latest home in The Pointe, and it's going to be beautiful.

Rift-cut white oak creates continuity throughout the home, but we’ve made sure each space still feels unique. From the kitchen and pantry to the mudroom, laundry, vanities, and lower-level bar, the cabinetry has its own details while still feeling connected. We’re also incorporating accent lighting throughout the open shelving and beneath the floating vanities, adding another layer to the millwork.

We love working through these details long before a home comes together on site. This is definitely one you’re going to want to follow along with.
