This morning, we officially opened the Stage 2 interchange at Airport Trail and Stoney Trail.

The $37 million project will provide more access once fully complete, meaning shorter, more direct trips along with contributing to economical growth. Traffic began using the bridge this week, and it is set to fully open in the coming weeks.

Genesis contributed $13.2 million to the project alongside a $23.8 million investment by YourAlberta (Government of Alberta). This project was administered by Rocky View County. After nearly 30 years of building in this region, we're proud to invest in infrastructure that will serve it for decades.

Thank you to YourAlberta (Government of Alberta) and Rocky View County for the partnership, and to Graham Construction and Urban Systems Ltd. for bringing the project to fruition.

Today is World Habitat Day, a reminder that a safe affordable place to cal home is the foundation for everything else, that no one makes it happen alone.

As a community builder, we've seen what's possiblee when partners come together. We're proud to have taken part in Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta's initiatives and to ahve partnered with them on an 11-townhome project in Bayview, Airdrie, completed earlier this year.
