Contract Leasing Agents Needed – New Multi-Family Building Lease-Up (Kingsland, Calgary, AB)
NAMCO is preparing to launch a brand-new multi-family rental community in Calgary and is looking for experienced Contract Leasing Agents to join our lease-up team.
We are building a team of leasing professionals to support the successful opening and occupancy of our new building. Multiple contract positions are available to ensure prospective residents have access to apartment viewings 7 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct professional apartment tours and showcase available suites
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
• Assist applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to application
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive leasing experience
• Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and leasing activity
Schedule:
• Contract position with flexible shift availability
• Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available
Compensation:
• Commission-based contract opportunity
• Compensation tied to successful lease placements
Qualifications:
• Previous leasing agent experience in residential multi-family properties is required
• Strong knowledge of the leasing process and tenant qualification requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and ability to confidently conduct property tours
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
