Most courses measure activity. ReadyEngine™️ measures readiness.

Lessons watched. Boxes checked. A completion bar tells you how much you've covered. It doesn't tell you whether you're ready for exam day.

ReadyEngine™️ works differently. It builds your study plan around your target exam date, keeps bringing you back to the concepts you haven't nailed yet, and rolls it all into a live ReadyRating™️ from 1 to 5. So you know where you stand today, not just how far you've scrolled.

See exactly how it works: https://relo.ca/how-it-works/readyengine/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=relo-readyengine-oct26&utm_content=how-it-works-5

Here's a number you can check yourself.

RECA publishes pre-licensing exam success rates for every provider. Here's how Relo learners did from January to June 2026, our first months since relaunching on ReadyEngine™️, compared with all of 2025:

Fundamentals of Real Estate: up 9 points (52% to 61%)
Practice of Residential Real Estate: up 11 points (60% to 71%)

These are RECA's own figures, counted per exam attempt. See them at reca.ca.

We're proud of the trend, and we're building on it. Start with the Bundle: https://relo.ca/courses/bundle/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=relo-bund-oct26&utm_content=proof-4

You didn't wake up wanting a real estate license. You woke up wanting to help people find home.

That takes two RECA-recognized courses: Fundamentals of Real Estate, your mandatory starting point, and Practice of Residential Real Estate, built for the residential career you actually want.

ReadyEngine keeps your study time on what you're missing in both, not what you already know. No wasted hours. No guessing if you're ready.

Some of the best feedback comes from people who don’t need us anymore.

At RAECON 2026, we ran into Lindsay Cottrell, who took her Relo course a couple of years ago, before ReadyEngine™ existed. We showed her the new platform for the first time. Her reaction: “The new system is a game changer.”

She was honest about her own experience too. She liked the course, but staying consistent was hard, and it took her longer than she wanted. That’s the problem ReadyEngine™ and ReadyRating™ are built for: a study plan built around your exam date, and a clear signal for when you’re ready to book.

Her closing line stuck with us: “I genuinely wish this version existed when I took the course.”

Thanks, Lindsay. 👏

How many Relo learners go on to pass their RECA exam?

Since ReadyEngine launched in December 2025, 96% of Relo learners have now gone on to pass their RECA exam within their two allowable attempts.

We call that our Learner Success Rate. Each learner is counted once, based on whether they passed within those two attempts. It's not a completion number. It's an outcome.

Finished the course. Still don't know if you're ready?

That's the problem with "completion." Watching every lesson tells you what you covered — not what you actually know.

ReadyEngine, the platform behind every Relo course, works differently. It tracks your performance concept by concept, builds your study plan around your real gaps instead of a fixed order, and gives you a live ReadyRating from 1 to 5 — so you always know where you stand, not just how far you've scrolled.

Stop guessing. Start seeing your progress.

🏡 We caught up with Valerie Lamont at RAECON 2026, and she gave us a real before-and-after of her Relo experience.

Valerie took her Fundamentals course on our old platform and her Practice of Residential course on the brand-new ReadyEngine™, so she got to compare both directly.

Valerie’s take: the endless questions and knowledge checks made her feel genuinely ready for exam day.

And a shoutout to Angela on our team, who made sure every question got answered. 👏 This is exactly the learning experience we build for.

Today, on the 30th anniversary of National Indigenous Peoples Day, we recognize and celebrate the histories, cultures, languages, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Canada.

As part of We Know Training, an Edmonton-based organization, we acknowledge that our office is located on Pêhonân, a historic gathering place where Indigenous Peoples have come together for generations to share knowledge, build relationships, and connect in community.

We encourage our team and community to take time today to learn, listen, and reflect on the rich histories and enduring contributions of Indigenous Peoples. 🧡

"I spent roughly 6 months picking away at the first 50% of Fundamentals on the old platform. It took 2 weeks to learn the second 50%, brush up on what needed work, answer around 900 practice questions, and really feel ready for the next step."

That’s Greg. And that’s what happens when your study plan adapts to what you already know instead of making you start from scratch.

RECA's provider comparison page is genuinely useful. It’s also a snapshot, and snapshots can stale if not actively updated.

The numbers it currently shows for Relo are from before December 2025, before we rebuilt the platform entirely. 52% for Fundamentals. 60% for Practice of Residential Real Estate.

The current pass rate is 97% as of April 2026.

We’d rather you hear that directly from us than piece it together from two different pages. The full story is at the link below.
