Over the past couple of weeks, the team has been focusing on the external civil works as we move closer to completion.

With completion drawing closer, we’re taking you through one of the ground-floor, two-bedroom residences as the final details come together.

An open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly with the living area, while both bedrooms are now taking shape with cabinetry and carpet complete. Beyond the interiors, finishing touches continue across the private balcony.

With ensuites and bathrooms now complete to a high standard, each space is beginning to feel less like a construction site and more like home.

PROXIME is stepping into its final stages.
With the scaffolding now removed, the external façade has been fully revealed, a significant milestone after watching the building take shape level by level.

Inside, works are approximately 90% complete, with power now officially connected and the residences moving through their final finishes. Externally, attention has shifted to the surrounding civil works along Archer Street as we work towards completion.

The vision for PROXIME is now firmly in view, with another exciting few weeks ahead in Upper Mt Gravatt.
