A progress update from our Beacon Hill project.

The roof is on, windows are in and the cladding is nearly complete, bringing the home to lock-up stage. Inside, the gyprock sheeting is underway, with the bathrooms already sheeted.

Another step closer to bringing this one together!

Good building is often about working with what you’ve got.

Sloping sites, uneven ground and existing structures can all come with their own challenges, but with the right approach, they can also create opportunities to make better use of a space.

This Daleys Point project is a great example of finding the right solution for the site, creating a practical extension of the home while working with the natural landscape

There’s a lot more to a build than what you see on the surface.

At our Beacon Hill project, the home’s close proximity to bushland means meeting Flame Zone requirements is a key part of the build.

With the roof now fully pitched and framed, the team is progressing with the plywood sheeting, the first layer of a carefully considered fire protection system.

Plenty happening behind the scenes to make sure this home is built to the right standards.
