At Orosi, every single element is curated to elevate your life. We are proud to feature Gaggenau appliances in every residence, selected not only for their functionality, but also the way they blend beautifully with the space.

“We offer a design that stands out by blending into its context, introducing a furniture-like appearance that softens the technical feel of home appliances - more like a work of art than a traditional fridge.”

Find me another suburb in Sydney that offers the ease of connectivity like Randwick.

Nestled between iconic beaches and leafy parklands, and just moments away from the hustle and bustle of the C*D, Randwick is a place where mornings begin with ocean swims and evenings unfold in intimate w**e bars, beloved local restaurants, or art-house cinemas.

With cafés, transport, and modern conveniences all close at hand, each day moves with ease, balance, and a sense of calm connection.

We adore Randwick. It’s one of the reasons why we chose Llanfoyst Street as our new development site, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon.

When designing the facade of Llanfoyst Street, Randwick, we started with the site itself. Its context, its orientation, and how the sun moves across it throughout the day.

The curves and indentations you see on the facade are more than a design statement. Each one is shaped to capture as much light as possible, frame views, and create a sense of openness inside.

Beauty with purpose, from the outside in.
