Marquet & Mary has reached another major construction milestone in Rhodes.

The building continues to rise at approximately one level each week. With work now reaching Level 31, there's just 10 levels remaining until the structure tops out.

Work is progressing across the facade and internal spaces, bathroom pods have been delivered to Level 22 and kitchens are complete up to Level 12. At ground level, all commercial services have been installed and glass balustrade installation is underway.

Each milestone brings the delivery of these quality new homes closer to completion.
Once complete, Marquet & Mary will deliver 274 new apartments, alongside retail and commercial space, right in the heart of Rhodes.

Meet Sam Morched, Project Manager at Deicorp’s Kings Bay Village in Five Dock.

Sam joined Deicorp just over a year ago. Today, he's helping lead the delivery of one of Deicorp’s largest urban renewal projects in Sydney’s Inner West.

Having benefited from experienced mentors in the early stages of his own career, Sam understands the value of timely support and guidance. It’s something he now feels personally responsible for passing on to the next generation of builders coming through Deicorp’s Cadet Program.
