Property Market Update 🟨 Pittsworth has seen remarkable growth, as evidenced by the substantial increase in property sales since the beginning of 2021.

Did you know that in this period alone, a total of 234 homes were sold in Pittsworth? It's worth noting that this number doesn't even account for sales in the surrounding communities.

The current real estate landscape shows a shortage of property listings and rental accommodations, reminiscent of the market conditions observed when the Millmerran Power Station was under construction.

Our database is overflowing with prospective buyers, including first-time buyers, individuals relocating from Toowoomba and its neighbouring areas, those coming from the north and south coastal regions, as well as those from the western suburbs of Brisbane. It's also been a pleasure to assist buyers from as far as Tasmania and other states in securing their dream homes.

If you or someone you know is contemplating selling their property, Kathy is eager and available to provide a thorough appraisal for properties in Pittsworth and the surrounding areas.
