🔑 KEY HANDOVER DAY 🔑

A very special family, and one I’m incredibly lucky to call friends ❤️

It’s always rewarding helping clients through the building journey, but being able to play a small part in creating a home for people you genuinely care about makes this one extra special.

So privileged to be part of their journey and even more excited to see this home come to life once they’ve added all of their finishing touches.

Congratulations Giuseppe Laudonio Marina Stojanovic
Here’s to making plenty of memories in your beautiful new home.

Keys to a new chapter!!

A huge congratulations to Petra, Callan and the family on receiving the keys and moving in to their beautiful new home in Eglinton, perched up high with some incredible sunset views.

We spend a lot of time talking about value and equity, but it’s easy to forget that these aren’t just houses. They’re homes. Places where kids grow up, families make memories, friends gather and, in this case, chickens roam the backyard 😂

Being a small part of creating that for a family is something I never take for granted.

An absolute honour and one our team is genuinely grateful for. ❤️

Locale Gala 2026

What a fantastic night celebrating with an incredible group of people.

Our Gala is always a great reminder that while individual achievements deserve to be recognised, they’re only possible because of the people around us. It was a privilege to celebrate the wins, reflect on everything we’ve accomplished together over the past 12 months, and acknowledge the hard work that goes into making it all happen.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of this team and grateful to work alongside such talented, passionate people every day.

Special thank you to Move Homes for being a part of the evening.

Here’s to building on this year’s success and making 2027 even bigger 🥂

The harder the journey, the sweeter the keys 🔑

This one is really special. We’ve been working with Aaron since early last year, new to Australia and working his backside off in the mines.

It put the amazing Ankit was put through his paces and made this possible.

Aaron never gave up and he is now well on his way to his first home and bringing his young family over from NZ.

So happy for you Aaron, we can’t wait to see your family all together at key handover ✊

Imagine being the first home on the street… and getting there in record time 🔑🔥

That’s exactly what Lyndall just did with

This didn’t happen by luck it’s the result of serious hard work and backing herself every step of the way.

Massive congrats, so well deserved.
Thank you for letting me be part of your story 🙌

Still doesn’t quite capture how special this one is.

Jake and Emily stepping into their very first home, set in one of the most incredible w**e regions in the world. It’s a huge milestone and one they should be seriously proud of.

Thank you for letting me be a part of this journey. Helping family through a moment like this hits different. It’s a reminder of exactly why we do what we do.❤️

Settlement day for Adam and Claire 🏡

So excited to watch their incredible custom home come to life in Illyarrie, Sinagra. One of Perth’s most sought after locations and the perfect place to build something truly special.

Absolute pleasure working with these two beautiful humans 🫶
