Six months in…

Earlier this year, I began a new chapter with the launch of Matt Lee Performance Group.

I was incredibly grateful to be chosen by David James (DJ) to continue the legacy of the business and relationships he had built over many years — while also having the opportunity to begin building something of my own.

Six months later, I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible people, leaders and businesses across the real estate industry — from 1:1 coaching and individual performance through to leadership, strategy, growth and entire teams.

The experience so far has only reinforced what I’ve believed throughout my career:

Take care of your people, help them grow, and better performance follows.

There’s plenty more ahead, but I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and support so far — and excited about where this next chapter is heading.
