This project is more than just land for us.

It’s about creating a place where families can build something meaningful, the same kind of lifestyle we want for our own kids.

Bushmans Ridge has been designed with that in mind from the start.

We’ve been through developments before, and one thing we’ve learned — the details matter.

It’s not just about selling land, it’s about delivering something people can confidently build on.

That’s the standard we’ve held here at Bushmans Ridge.

You don’t need acres and acres…
Just enough space to create a life that feels good.

A place where the kids can play outside, you can slow down a bit, and home actually feels like an escape.

That’s what Bushmans Ridge is about.
