Sometimes, finding the right home for a buyer takes more than a few weekends of open homes. It takes understanding exactly what they’re looking for, knowing what opportunities to keep an eye out for, and having the patience to find the one that truly ticks every box.
After a few years of working alongside Jake and Abby, I knew they were looking for something with potential - a property they could get stuck into, add value and transform into an investment, whilst being able to juggle their busy business and busy family life.
Mitchell Street was the perfect fit. Having grown up on the street, Abby already knew the location was right. Add a home that needed a little TLC, and we had the opportunity they’d been waiting for.
Now, Jake and Abby are ready to roll up their sleeves, and get started, as they aim to welcome their first Airbnb guests at the start of December.
For me, it’s about more than simply showing properties. It’s about understanding what my buyers want to achieve, keeping their goals in mind and being proactive in finding opportunities that genuinely suit them.
