Riverline is taking shape.

Construction is progressing at our newest Est neighbourhood, bringing us one step closer to welcoming a new community to this part of Melbourne.

Moments from Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre and surrounded by everything that makes this neighbourhood such a great place to live, Riverline will bring a new Est experience to the area, designed around connection, convenience and feeling at home.

Situated opposite the Edinburgh Gardens, Standing Room Coffee has been bringing world-class coffee to Melbourne since 2013. Originally started by founders Thomas Kelly and Jordan Taylor in tiny hole-in-the-wall spots at the University of Melbourne, Standing Room has evolved into a staple favourite in Fitzroy North.
