MEET THE TEAM | BRIANNA

From hospitality management to property management, Bree has built her career from the ground up, and she’s passionate about doing things a little differently!

Her interest in real estate started at a young age, when she’d beg her mum to take her to home opens and display homes. Fast forward to 2022, and she landed her first role in the industry, working her way from receptionist to leasing and inspections, assistant property manager, and then property manager. By 2024, she was managing her own portfolio!

With experience managing everything from end-to-end portfolios to high-volume portfolios of more than 200 properties, Bree knows the ins and outs of the industry. But what really drives her is the client experience.

Having rented her entire life, she understands both sides of the rental relationship and is passionate about challenging the old property management stereotypes. Think proactive communication, being available when you need us, and making sure both landlords and tenants feel heard and supported.

And when she’s not looking after properties? You’ll probably find Bree in the gym lifting weights before work (yes, every day!), or jumping on a flight to see one of her favourite music artists.
