Ryan Smith lives and breathes Floreat, and has fast become a fixture of the leafy western suburb’s culture of community. Such is Ryan’s passion for the local area, he’s a proud major sponsor of Floreat Primary School, and also brings the community together over its shared love of dogs with his popular Floreat’s Biggest Doggy Date event – raising thousands for animal welfare organisation, SAFE, in the process. The Whitefox Sales Director’s efforts and engagement with his local community are reflected in his meteoric rise in the real estate industry, which began in 2018. Since claiming Rookie of the Year and Residential Sales Team of the Year honours in his first two years in the industry, Ryan has gone on to become one of WA’s most five-star reviewed sales agents. A highly professional and process driven operator, Ryan has sold hundreds of homes in Floreat and across the wider Perth metropolitan area – breaking several prices records in the process. With a background in marketing and as an innovator in the digital space, he brings a fresh and targeted approach bringing an edge to sales campaigns. Ryan has also recently added fellow Floreat local Ellissa Dohnt to Team Smith, who brings her own expert experience and allows for increased quality service to clients and prospective buyers alike. Hailing from Margaret River in WA’s beautiful South West, Ryan is a family man at heart, who lives where he sells in Floreat with wife Holly and young son Leo. Get to know Ryan at one of his regular coffee mornings at the Cambridge Corner Store, where he’s been shouting coffees for his Floreat neighbours for over four years.
