Bob’s Maintenance Minute | Trees & Gardens

Bob has found the ultimate stick.
Unfortunately, this one is a little too close to the house for our liking.
With summer weather on the way, now is a good time to consider doing that tree trimming.
Overhanging branches, dead or damaged limbs, vegetation against the building and trees getting a little too friendly with roofs and gutters are all worth keeping an eye on.
A bit of preventative garden maintenance now can be much easier than dealing with the aftermath when summer storms roll through.
Bob’s advice: sticks belong on the ground. Preferably where he can reach them.

This Christmas, a little generosity can make a big difference.

We’re proud to be joining forces with Ipswich Assist to help fill their Christmas hampers and bring a little extra joy to local individuals and families doing it tough this festive season.

Ipswich Assist does incredible work supporting people throughout our community, and this Christmas, we’re calling on our wonderful tenants, property owners, contractors and local businesses to help us support their efforts.

How can you help?

Ipswich Assist is particularly in need of the following items for their Christmas hampers:

UHT custard

Jelly packets

Christmas puddings

Tinned ham

Mince pies

Lollies

All donated food must be non-perishable, unopened and in its original packaging.

Monetary contributions are also warmly welcomed.

Where can you donate?

Donations can be dropped off at the MOD Realty office in Booval. If you have a larger donation, we're more than happy to arrange collection. Simply get in touch with our team.
