🔋 Important change: lithium batteries over 100Wh 🔋

Removalists can no longer carry lithium batteries over 100Wh in any move.

Batteries this size are classed as dangerous goods and need specialist handling that we’re not licensed to provide. That means we can’t pack them for you, and they can’t be packed in your boxes either.

This includes:
⚡ Portable power stations
🚲 E-bike and e-scooter batteries
🔧 Large power tool batteries
☀️ Home and solar storage batteries

Not sure of the size? Look for “Wh” on the label. Anything over 100 needs to travel with you.

At uplift, you’ll be asked to sign a declaration confirming none of these items are packed in your load.

Keeping your belongings, our crew and our trucks safe. 🚚
