We asked Tom and Madeline a few questions to get to know them better — here’s what they had to say.

Hotondo Homes is locally owned and operated by Tom and Madeline Heard, who bring hands-on experience, local knowledge, and a passion for building quality homes for families across the region.

Tom is a registered builder and oversees construction, trades and quality across their projects, while Madeline manages sales, pre-construction, planning, design modifications and colour selections.

What makes Hotondo Homes Warragul different?
“One of our biggest differences is flexibility. Our floor plans are a starting point rather than something clients have to accept exactly as drawn. We can modify layouts, move walls, change room sizes, alter façades and work with the individual characteristics of the block.
We also focus on providing realistic pricing from the beginning. Our standard homes already include features such as solar, Colorbond roofing, 7-star energy compliance and Dowell ThermaLine thermally broken double-glazed windows, rather than starting with a very basic specification and adding these items later.
