🧡 WE ARE HIRING – ADELAIDE

We are looking for a Part-Time Property Management & Inspections Officer to join the Vault team!

This isn't your traditional property management role. You will work alongside our Senior Property Manager, primarily carrying out inspections, and when things are quieter on the road, you will work from home assisting with maintenance and general property management support.

🏡 3 days per week
🏡 Work from home + out on the road
🏡 No portfolio of your own to manage
🏡 $32–$38/hr + super + vehicle allowance
🏡 Properties from Munno Para through Adelaide and down to Christies Beach

We are ideally looking for someone based around Birkenhead, Port Adelaide or surrounding suburbs, as regular key collection and handover will form part of the role.

This could be a great fit for someone with property management experience who still loves the industry but is looking for more flexibility and a different pace from managing a full portfolio.

🧡 Meet Kirbie!

The newest addition to our NSW team!

We could have given you the standard introduction… but where’s the fun in that? 😂

So instead, we put Kirbie through a round of rapid-fire questions to find out the really important stuff — including her biggest property management pet peeve, what she thinks would make property management easy, and a fun fact we definitely weren’t expecting. 👀🎤

Kirbie has settled into the Vault team beautifully, and we are very happy to have her on board.

Safe to say… we will keep her. 😂🧡

Well… this wasn't on the property management bingo card this week. 🍄😳

Yes, that is an actual mushroom growing out of a doorframe.

While it's certainly an unusual sight, it's also a pretty clear indication that something isn't right.

When we see signs of significant moisture, mould or fungal growth, it's important to investigate what's actually causing it rather than simply treating what's visible.

That's part of good property management — identifying issues early, understanding the risk and making sure the right steps are taken to protect the property and prevent a potentially much bigger problem down the track.

Watch until the end… because sometimes you really do have to laugh at what property management throws at you. 😂
