Not every issue in a multi-occupancy property is behavioural.
When problems persist despite clear rules, the physical environment is often the real cause.

Sometimes the solution isn’t another reminder — it’s a practical adjustment to the space itself.

With flood-prone homes worth $75,500 less on average.

QLD and NSW hit hardest (40% and 30% of riskiest stock), where buyer psychology trumps actual exposure, creating up to 48% discounts in premium suburbs.

Smart investors prioritize elevated land, mitigation infrastructure, and insurance viability for resilient long-term growth.

In shared living environments, fairness isn’t just about rules — it’s about perception.
Visibility, impact, and consistency all shape how tenants experience shared spaces.

Managing with psychology in mind can prevent tension before it starts.
