Here’s how our five towns compared this week:

🏡 Easton had a couple of new listings, though closings paused after a few last week.
🏡 Fairfield held steady on new listings and closings while active inventory dropped noticeably. Sold prices eased slightly.
🏡 Weston welcomed new listings after a quiet stretch, with closings holding level. Sold prices jumped sharply above last week.
🏡 Westport gained more new listings and closings ticked up, while active inventory pulled back. Sold prices came down from last week.
🏡 Wilton picked up new listings and active inventory tightened, with closings easing slightly. Sold prices softened.

Inventory tightened up in Fairfield, Westport, and Wilton this week, which is great news for sellers. Weston’s sold prices really caught my eye, and Easton had a quiet week on closings.

Here’s how our five towns compared this week:

🏡 Easton picked up a few more new listings and closings edged up. Sold prices came down well below last week.
🏡 Fairfield held level on new listings while active inventory grew noticeably. Closings picked up, and sold prices pulled back from last week’s high.
🏡 Weston stayed quiet with no new listings again, and closings eased slightly. Sold prices dropped meaningfully.
🏡 Westport saw active inventory build while new listings and closings both slowed a little. Sold prices softened from last week’s strong showing.
🏡 Wilton had far fewer new listings this week, and closings ticked up. Sold prices eased slightly.

Overall, inventory is building in Fairfield and Westport, while sold prices cooled across all five towns after last week’s higher marks. Fairfield and Wilton kept closings moving.

🏡 Weston had no new listings this week, and closings returned after a quiet week before.
🏡 Westport slowed on new listings, while closings rose nicely from last week. Sold prices nearly doubled.
🏡 Wilton matched last week’s pace on both new listings and closings. Sold prices dropped noticeably.
Overall, Fairfield and Westport led the way with more closings and strong sold prices. Weston’s closings bounced back, while Easton and Wilton stayed steady on activity.

🏡 Weston held steady on new listings, with no closings this week after a few last week.
🏡 Westport had a busy week for new listings, more than double last week’s pace, while closings slowed considerably. Sold prices eased back.
🏡 Wilton added a few more new listings and closings picked up, with sold prices climbing sharply higher.
Overall, new listings surged in Fairfield and Westport, while closings were light across most towns. Wilton and Easton stood out with strong sold prices.
