To my wife, , thank you for being Chance and I’s safe place by providing warmth, patience, and endless hugs. You are home for us ♥️

To my Mom, , I get it now. Thank you for all of your patience, love, and guidance. I am stunned at what you took on at such a young age and how you conquered it all.

We have a lovely studio listed at the historic Whitby! Great location, south facing unit, well laid out studio where you get all of the living areas you need, and as soon as you walk into the building the noise of the city shuts down.

Low maintenance for some great amenities such as 24/7 doorman, multiple size option storage spaces, laundry in the building, bike room, and an option to add basic cable and wifi for less than the cost of wifi!

Pied-a-terre allowed, co-purchasing and pet friendly!!! Hard to come by with coops in the city.

If you or anyone you know are on the hunt for your little piece of New York- here it is! Let’s set up a showing.

325 WEST 45 STREET #603 is a sale unit in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan priced at $435,000.

Anyone looking for an investment property in Detroit? 🏠💵💰

I know a lender that will lend for as low as $50k (very hard to find!). 20-25% down ($15,980-$19,975) and money for closing costs and it’s yours.

With an interest rate at around 7%, your monthly payment would be $398. Let’s say insurance is $750 for the year- the total monthly payment is $461.18.

Section 8 would be around $1200 in rental income. Non-section 8 around $950. Management fee 10%

Tenants pay all utilities in Detroit- you pay insurance and management fee. So even with a loan, you would cash flow around $400-619 a month.

(REALCOMP) For Sale: 2 beds, 1 bath ∙ 801 sq. ft. ∙ 6375 Radnor St, Detroit, MI 48224 ∙ $79,900 ∙ MLS # 20230054934 ∙ Check out this beautiful 2 bed brick ranch. Ready for a new home owner.

We have a 2 month old y’all!

So much joy, so little sleep 😴🥰

Seeing this little guy evolve and grow has been so heart warming and rewarding. Y’all thought my grind was real before, my WHY has been elevated to a whole new level. 4 years to retirement because I cannot miss any moments.

Y’all, I’m a whole Mom, wife, business owner, property owner, Realtor, and a pretty dope human.

I just woke up feeling blessed, accomplished, and grateful. Before anyone bigs us up, we gotta big ourselves up. I thank God and my family for the journey☝🏼🙏🏼🧎🏻‍♀️

Much love and positive vibes to all of you on this lovely Wednesday ✨
