Award-winning homes offer buyers a blueprint for quality For anyone looking to buy a new home, whether it be an apartment, townhouse or traditional single home, the diversity of options on the market means there is something to suit everyone.

We’re incredibly proud of the team behind Cygnus Parade for winning the Medium Density category at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence!

Cygnus Parade is an outstanding example of medium-density development that demonstrates how denser housing can be successfully integrated into an established suburban setting.

Delivering 28 homes on a compact site, the project introduced a diverse mix of dwelling types, including townhomes, apartments and lofts, creating genuine housing choice for downsizers, first home buyers and multigenerational families.

The thoughtful architectural response respects the surrounding neighbourhood through sensitive building scale, integrated public art by First Nations artist Jade Dolman, and a strong connection to the adjacent river and wetland environment.

Sustainability initiatives, innovative housing design and a commitment to quality underpin the development, which achieved complete sell-out before completion and has been embraced by both residents and the broader community.

A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone involved in bringing Cygnus Parade to life.

We also extend our thanks to UDIA WA and the event sponsors for recognising and celebrating excellence across Western Australia’s development industry.

One of the most rewarding parts of this industry is watching a project come together for the people who’ll actually live there. Our Saunton buyers recently shared their experience with us, the location, the views, and the support from our sales team throughout the process. Moments like this are a good reminder of why the details matter, right through to handover.

A night to celebrate WA’s property development industry and the incredible work poured into shaping our state. Proud to see Cygnus Parade take home the Medium Density award at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence, and even better to share the moment with the team who made it happen.

Hear it straight from our Saunton buyers. In this video, they share what made their move so easy, the stunning views, the perfect location and the support from our team from start to finish. Leaving a big family home behind is never a small decision, and it’s wonderful to see how happy they are with their choice. If Saunton or one of our other Jindalee projects is on your radar, we’d love to show you around.
