The story of Auta Group and its humble beginnings began in 2012 when James Guo’s vision of being a developer started. In the early years, small-scale residential developments were the company’s steppingstone, creating the path to more significant developments in the future. Today, we are privileged to be recognised as a one-stop property group specialising in development, construction, real estate, and investment. During the last ten years, Auta group has successfully delivered more than seventy small and large-scale residential projects in the local market in Adelaide. Auta Group’s other success has been its staff and its valued commitment to assist the company’s vision in reaching its goals and fulfilling its aspirations. The team of enterprising and enthusiastic staff, which numbers fifty, work tirelessly to improve the experience that many of our clients enjoy whilst working with us. Over the past ten years, Auta has continued its mission to transform and evolve into an organisation, that continues to improve and innovate its client’s experience. Auta Group is committed to continuing its growth in the Adelaide market and beyond, over the next decade.

A new way to build South Australia’s tourism.

Proud to see Auta Group featured in The Advertiser, highlighting how our Modular Solutions are helping create new tourism opportunities across regional South Australia.

Through partnerships with landowners and wineries, we combine remarkable locations with efficient, high-quality modular construction, creating premium stays while supporting visitation and local businesses.

With projects across the Barossa, Middleton and Kangaroo Island, and our partnership with Dowie Doole in McLaren Vale now taking shape, we’re excited to see this model continue to grow.

As our Managing Director James Guo shared:

“Modern, high-quality modular construction is essentially allowing us to unlock tourist experiences in some of South Australia’s most beautiful settings.”

Building differently. Partnering locally. Creating new possibilities for regional tourism.

Every number tells a story.

Last Friday, Auta Group came together to celebrate the end of the 2025–26 financial year.

During the annual EOFY gathering, our General Manager, Bruce Su, took an unexpected approach to reflecting on the year. Rather than starting with financial results, he began with something every team member could relate to—our emails.

Over the 2025–26 financial year, Auta Group received 329,756 emails and sent 60,560 replies.

That's an average of 1,268 emails received and 232 responses sent every working day.

Behind those numbers are thousands of conversations, decisions, collaborations, and countless hours dedicated to delivering projects, supporting our clients, and moving the business forward.

Looking back on the year, it's clear that progress isn't defined by a single moment or milestone. It's built through the consistent efforts of every individual, every conversation, and every decision made along the way.

As we begin a new financial year, we're grateful to our team, our clients, our partners, and everyone who has been part of the journey.

Here's to another year of building, growing, and achieving together.

A successful afternoon of insights, discussion, and connection.

Last Saturday, Auta Group hosted our 2026 Wealth Strategy Seminar at our Adelaide head office, bringing together property investors, business owners, professionals, and families interested in building and protecting wealth across borders.

The session covered a range of timely topics, including:
• The latest South Australian property market outlook
• The impact of the Federal Budget on real estate
• Strategies for overseas asset protection and capital security
• Opportunities and risks in today's global economic environment
• Asset allocation and long-term wealth planning

What made the event particularly valuable was not only the information shared but also the quality of conversations and perspectives exchanged throughout the afternoon.

We look forward to hosting more educational and networking events in the near future.
