Construction is underway at Flowe Bowden.

The site has been cleared, demolition is complete and the basement retention piles are in place. Jaytex Construction has now begun excavating for the capping beam, with bulk earthworks, shotcrete walls and the basement to follow.

When complete, Flowe will rise 10 levels with 115 apartments, anchored by Level Eleven Wellness Club across the ground and first floors. Above the podium, locally sourced, sustainable cross-laminated timber is used throughout, lowering the building's embodied carbon and creating a home that feels lighter, warmer and more natural to live in.

Footings are down, precast panels are going up, and the tower crane is now in place.
