🏆 What a night for Horner Management!

Last night, we celebrated the SCA (SA/NT) 2026 CHU Strata Community Excellence Awards, honouring the people who go above and beyond for strata communities across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

We were proud to see our CEO, Carrie McInerney, open the evening in her role as SCA (SA/NT) President. 🎥

And then our team won big! 👏

🌟 Jenny Jackman won the Support Team Member Award. Sixteen years of dedicated service and a real commitment to customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement. Thank you to Lynch Meyer Lawyers for supporting this award.

🌟 Jason Voigt won the Senior Strata Community Manager Award. Outstanding leadership and results, lifting first-stage call resolution from 44% to 76% while mentoring the next generation. Thank you to HPG Building Services for supporting this award.

Let's clear up a common myth 👇

Strata managers don't make the rules, and we don't keep your levy money.

We're contracted by the owners corporation to handle the admin: sending levy notices, coordinating repairs, keeping everything running smoothly. But every dollar you pay in levies belongs to the owners corporation, not to us, and it's only ever spent on budgets the owners have approved. Our job is to make that process easier, not to control it.
