From AED 1,200 Salary to Owning My Own Company. ❤️
How did I change my life? You can follow the same principles too!
When I started my career in Dubai, my salary was just AED 1,200.
I didn't have a big bank balance, wealthy connections, or a business background.
But I had one belief.
My current situation should never decide my future.
So instead of waiting for opportunities, I started creating them.
🚗 First, I invested in myself.
I got my driving licence. Then I invested in a car.
Not for luxury. Not for status.
I wanted to explore Dubai, understand different locations, meet people, and learn more.
That knowledge helped me move into a better job with a better salary.
🤝 Then I invested in my skills.
I learned how to communicate with people, negotiate, convince, build trust, and develop relationships.
I realised that your NETWORK and your KNOWLEDGE can completely change your career.
❤️ Then I invested in my wife.
I brought her to Dubai and supported her DHA licensing process.
She joined a clinic and started earning.
Suddenly, we were not depending on just one salary anymore.
We had diversified our family income.
💰 Then we took a bigger step.
We used a personal loan under her name to support our next stage.
It came with risk and responsibility, but it was part of our growth journey.
🏡 Then I moved into real estate.
I used everything I had learned over the years.
My knowledge of Dubai.
My communication skills.
My network.
My ability to build relationships.
And again, I invested in myself.
I learned content creation, marketing, personal branding, and property investment.
I started investing in property and building more income opportunities.
🏢 Finally, I started my own company — LivingExpert Properties.
And this time, I invested in PEOPLE.
Building a team. Training people. Helping others grow. Creating opportunities.
Today, I am not just building my own career. I am building a business and helping others build theirs.
But one thing hasn't changed.
I still believe the best investment is INVESTING IN YOURSELF.
My formula is simple:
Invest in yourself → Increase your knowledge → Upgrade your skills →
