During an exclusive site visit hosted by the team, , CMO at Major Developments, explored , developed by ALEC Engineering and Contracting. Envisioned as a dynamic live-work-play destination, is poised to redefine the emirate’s commercial landscape, bringing together Fortune 500 companies, premium residences, retail, hospitality and leisure within one integrated district.

At its heart, is set to feature five commercial buildings of Grade A office space, designed to attract multinational corporations, including Fortune 500 businesses, and a new generation of global enterprises. The visit also revealed spectacular views across , Al Hamra and the Arabian Gulf, offering a striking perspective on the strategic location of Colibri Views, our landmark residential address within this emerging business ecosystem.
